Customer service at Northridge Eye Care is above the rest optometrist offices here in Red Bluff. When I experienced an issue with my eye glasses I purchased there I was put in touch with staff member Arelli who went above and beyond to assist me with the repairs. Arelli has the best customer service, kind, understanding, professional, and empathic to the situation. Shout out to Arelli for going above and beyond to make customers happy and satisfied. I have had some bad customer service experiences at other vision places in town and I will not take my business anywhere else but Northridge because Arelli turned my issues into a great customer experience! Arelli you rock, and deserve a raise.

I cannot recommend Northridge eye care strongly enough. They care about their patients vision and well being and are the best and most professional ophthalmologists I have ever been to. Customer care and follow up couldn't be better and the staff and doctors couldn't be nicer. If you live in the area, this is the place for all your eye care needs!

I really enjoyed working with Olivia. She is one of the opticians. She was very knowledgeable in every aspect of her job. She conducts herself in a professional manner conducive to the business world but she adds warmth in her passion in ensuring patients are comfortable in selecting frames and lenses. I have been going to Northridge Eyecare for the last several years and have nothing but exceptional things to say about this facility as well as all of the staff members and especially Dr. Haugen. Everybody is warm, knowledgeable, but most importantly they treat me like family. I’m not really excited to ever go to *any* doctor, but I have no problems going to see Dr. Haugen for my annual eye exam at Northridge. I have intraocular lenses in each of my eyes, so it requires much more technical expertise than the average ophthalmologist would have - I have total faith in Dr. Haugen. A world-class facility, but don’t take my word for it. Check it out for yourself!

I was referred by the Redding V.A. to Northridge for cataract surgery. I got one eye done and then Dignity Health went into planned-demic panic and shut down their day surgery down the day before my second eye surgery and left me stranded with one good eye and one bad eye. I was looking at several months out. Dr. Haugen immediately foresaw the need to avoid the panic of Covid and built his own surgery center. I just got my second eye done and now I can see again. I totally enjoyed my experience with Dr. Haugen and Dr. Stacy. I would strongly recommend this local business who serves our community over going out of town. This is why I rate them 5 star and would rate them higher is there were more stars.
